Psychfest
The Students' Psychology Association hosted the first-ever departmental Psychfest on March 4th and 5th, 2025. The event, in collaboration with DU Fest, Youth for Mental Health, and Anmol, showcased psychology, creativity, and student expression. Interactive booths like Emo Aid, Psyched Gurukulam, and Chhaya Organisation enriched the academic spirit, while a vibrant flea market created a joyful atmosphere. The Nukkad Natak performed by the nationally acclaimed Sukhmanch Theatre Group was a major highlight.

Metropolis Research Project

Departmental Trip
The Students' Psychology Association conducted its first-ever educational trip to Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, from 6-11 November 2024. The trip focused on understanding life satisfaction and well-being among Buddhist monks using Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale. Students engaged in conversations with monks, experiencing mindfulness-based lifestyles and alternative mental wellness paths. The trip also explored Dharamshala's natural and cultural landmarks, blending learning with leisure, reflection, and community bonding.
